PsShutdown works great, but it looks it uses only default port 445 for remote access. Is it possible to specify a different port? It is necessary when there are several computers behind the router, and only a router IP address can be accessed. In this case different computers behind the router could be accessed by means of a port forwarding, similar to RDC connection.

As far as I know there is no option to set a different port.
