    Regarding Method 2:

I think you should advise to make backup of the ContextMenueHandlers key before making any changes to the registry.

Also, will the removal of the Intel and NVIDIA keys have any adverse effects on those applications?

I have that problem now with the right mouse button not working on the start on the left end of the task bar. It seems to work fine everywhere else.

I have tried all of the other methods and they had no effect.

Thanks for your observation. The article has been updated.
No, removing the keys does not affect NOIDIA & Intel apps.
At your case I suggest to try Method-4

Method 3. FIX Windows corruption errors with DISM & SFC tools.

    1. In the Search box type: cmd or command prompt
    2. Right click on the command prompt (result) and select Run as Administrator.

The second command is "to "right click" the administrator mode. Well, if I could right click anything, I wouldn't be here. The purpose of this exercise is to restore my right click ability. Is there another means by which we can access this menu?
