Konstantinos is the founder and administrator of Wintips.org. Since 1995 he works and provides IT support as a computer and network expert to individuals and large companies.     Before running STEP3, make sure that audiosrv.dll is not trying to load but failed. Disable it in Services and Restart. That way, SFC will be able to fix it.
