Okay, I tried your idea and changed the 2 drive to fat32 and copied the boot to it and it f'n worked! Why doesn't win11 install take care of that?? It was able to finish installing up to the point where it needed an internet connection. The problem now is the monitor flickers like mad. How could my MSI 1650 d6 card need a nonstandard driver? I have all the latest windows files and bios and this machine worked great before it didn't. I have a ASUS Prime 365m-a, two 16gb ddr4, one m.2 installed. Temps are good. Processor is good. Got any ideas?

I encountered the same problem, but Windows won't even boot from the installation media on USB. Before upgrading from windows 10, I checked compatibility with the PC health tool and it said my PC can run windows 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Enter in BIOS settings and set the Windows USB drive as the first boot device. Save and Exit and try to boot again.

you are my goat.Thank you for this post. I have wasted 12 hours to debug this, and it is not my, but Microsoft failure. Thank you again.
