No one ever said that you had to have a phone that receives text, for Microsoft windows 11. every change that is tried to fix pin issues requires you to verify who you are by calling your number and leave a text with a code. Needless to say you are required to change phone number, or add an alternate email account. to do this requires 30 days to make the change. so this issue comes up most every day. waiting 2 hours lets you sign in with pin. Just how secure is that. Why can't microsoft put one extra verification method, by calling phone number and leave a message or talk to the owner of the account.
