I have done all the steps above (operating on windows 7), and the dratted thing still shows up in the list of programs and features in the control panel – it simply refuses to be deleted from there. I have been trying to do this all afternoon and it's driving me nuts!! Single clicking on the program and then clicking on uninstall doesn't work. Double-clicking on the program doesn't work. Right-clicking on the program and then clicking uninstall doesn't work. Malwarebytes doesn't shift it either! I have even tried re-starting after each of the above steps, and it's still there!! What am I doing wrong?
