I went through a lot of suggested fixes elsewhere. Following your instructions when I got to "sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete", it solved the problem.

    Thank you!

Thanks for this info and it seems that the sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete was my fix.

I am afraid this doesn't appear to work
PS C:\windows\system32> sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete
Set-Content : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'delete'.
    At line:1 char:1
    + sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete

Win11 24H2 = no PCs listed in File Manager | Networks, but I can access them via IP or HOSTNAME.

I've lost about half of my computers in the network browser. Windows 11 23H2. You fixed my other issue for another problem with 24H2, where I couldn't access shares. Much bigger problem. Still, really annoying I can't see all the computers on the network. I have to do a \\IP or \\Host. For me, that's a nuisance issue, but for the rest of the staff it's a phone call.

Any idea what gpedit feature is causing this issue?

After I restarted the computer, it disappeared again.

Nope. the sc triggerinfo FDResPub delete command allowed me to see my computer on the network, but only that. No real change. Still have the problem (like everyone else who updated to 24H2 version
